Not in love? Red Velvet accepts returns within 14 days of you receiving your package. All returned items must be unused, unworn and with original tags attached. If your order does not meet this criteria we will not accept your return.
All return refunds will be processed within 7-10 days upon return approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All shoes must be returned in their original box and a protective box. If your shoe box is returned damaged, it will be ineligible for return, and returned back to you.
Items purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE: Items returned that were purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only. Upon approval of your return, your return confirmation email will contain a new discount code to be used as store credit. The new discount code amount will be for the total purchase price of any items returned.
To redeem your store credit enter the discount code at checkout on your next purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined, promotional offers not utilizing a discount code may be applied.
Store credit is issued in USD and should be treated like cash
Your original delivery will contain a packaging slip. To return the item:
1. Verify that your item is eligible for return via the above criteria and circle which items you are returning. 2. Package the item in the packaging you received your order in, or something comparable, and don't forget to enclose the return slip.
